Schlumberger OFM 2014.1 Win64
OFM* well and reservoir analysis software offers quick and easy access to important information for
managers, petroleum engineers, and geoscientists. It provides a cost-effective, integrated environment in
which to accomplish complex workflows, build forecasting analyses, and generate visualizations of reservoir
and production data. OFM enables early detection of production problems, providing opportunities for timely
follow-up. OFM allows engineers to manage more wells in less time and efficiently optimize the production
performance of an entire asset.
OFM supports
• reservoir performance analysis
• production and injection monitoring and surveillance
• well and completion performance analysis and diagnostics
• decline curve analysis (DCA) and production forecasting solutions for both conventional and
unconventional reservoirs
• interactive dashboards for visualizing and analyzing data using maps, charts, reports, and filters
• collaborative workspaces for best practice sharing
• an application programming interface (API) for adding custom and proprietary solutions to the OFM
an environment with plug-in analysis and functions
• cross-domain integrations with the Avocet* production operation software platform, the Petrel† E&P
the software platform, and the Peep module in Merak†planning, risk, and reserves software
What’s New in OFM 23.2
Conditional highlighting in Reporting
Conditional highlighting in Reporting has been updated to include the functionality of OFM 22.1, in addition to the enhancements made in OFM 23.2
Column level SQL Generation Option
The option to select column-level SQL generation has been removed, and the default set to table-level SQL generation. Further testing is required.
Bug Fixes
Charting Scatter chart cross-hair lines did not persist with time step changes. The tooltip displayed wrong results in line charts with days on production calculated variable.
Editing y-axis titles for line charts with multiple y-axis did not work correctly. The legend for line charts with multiple y-axes displayed variables in the wrong order.
Dashboard
Dashboard customization (size/position of charts and maps) did not persist.
Mapping
Voronoi line color customization did not persist.
The control point dialog box opened out of view. Now set to open in the center of the application.
Reporting
Entering the system function @loadname(), without the required parenthesis, did not produce the expected syntax error window to inform the user (Classic Report).
Export to Excel caused an error when the report was defined with Group By Entity.
Forecast Manager
A group forecast or a completions forecast with completions not included in the current Project Filter, caused OFM to crash. This has been resolved.
Note:Â OFM 23 was the last major release with both 32-bit and 64-bit installation options. Minor releases in 2024 will include both options, but starting in 2025, OFM will only be available as a 64-bit application.
What’s New in OFM 22.1
September 2022
